6 large yellow potatoes
1 large onion
4 eggs
5 Tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/4 cup potato starch
1 cup boiling water
Line pan with 1/4 cup oil


Grate potatoes, onion, eggs, oil and spices
Mix well
Then add potato starch and pour boiling water on top
Mix again
Line the bottom of a 9×13 pan with 1/4 cup oil
Cook on 500 F for 20 min
Then reduce heat to 400 for approx 40 minutes or until golden brown on top
